PEPPY BASIL GARLIC BUTTER

Ingredients

2/3 Cup Butter
3 Tbsp. Basil, Fresh, Minced
½ Tsp. Salt
¼ Tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
1 Tsp. Garlic, Minced

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in microwave until melted and hot.
  2. Stir in basil, salt, crushed red pepper and garlic. 
  3. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. 

Makes about 1/3 cup. Great served with Steamed or Grilled Artichokes.
