ONE POT SALSA BEEF SKILLET

Ingredients

1 Lb. Ground Beef
2 Cups Water
1 Cup Thick ‘N Chunky Salsa
1 (14-oz.) Kraft Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese
2 Cups Frozen Corn
Salt, To-taste
Pepper, To-taste
1 Cup Shredded Mexican Style Cheese (Topping)
1 Green Onion, Chopped (Topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet brown ground beef, add salt and pepper to-taste, cooking over medium-high heat stirring until it crumbles and is no longer pink; drain and return to skillet.
  2. Stir in water, salsa and macaroni noodles.  Bring to a boil.  Reduce heat to low; cover.  Simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. 
  3. Add corn and macaroni cheese sauce; cook 2 minutes or until heated through and blended. 
  4. Ladle into bowls.  Sprinkle with shredded Mexican style cheese and green onion.
