Ingredients
1 Lb. Ground Beef |
2 Cups Water |
1 Cup Thick ‘N Chunky Salsa |
1 (14-oz.) Kraft Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese |
2 Cups Frozen Corn |
Salt, To-taste |
Pepper, To-taste |
1 Cup Shredded Mexican Style Cheese (Topping) |
1 Green Onion, Chopped (Topping) |
Instructions
- In a large skillet brown ground beef, add salt and pepper to-taste, cooking over medium-high heat stirring until it crumbles and is no longer pink; drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in water, salsa and macaroni noodles. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
- Add corn and macaroni cheese sauce; cook 2 minutes or until heated through and blended.
- Ladle into bowls. Sprinkle with shredded Mexican style cheese and green onion.
