GRANNY SMITH APPLE SPRING SALAD

Ingredients

Baby Field Greens Per # Servings
Baby Spinach Per # Servings
Granny Smith Apple Chunks Per # Servings
Crumbled Blue Cheese Per # Servings
Glazed Pecans Per # Servings
Brianna’s Poppy Seed Dressing – OR – See  Poppy Seed Recipe Posted on Website

Instructions

  1. Place a mixture of each greens and spinach on salad plates. 
  2. Peel and chop Granny Smith apple into chunks and put over the salad greens.
  3. Add crumbled blue cheese and glazed pecans. 
  4. Top salad with Poppy Seed Dressing.

NOTE:  I prefer the Poppy Seed Dressing posted on the website because it is a vinaigrette dressing.
