Ingredients
French Bread – 6″ (purchase larger and cut for 2 or more) |
Light Mayo on each slice |
4 Strips of Bacon |
4 Slices of Avocado |
Shredded Lettuce |
4 Thin Slices of Tomato |
Instructions
1. Cut bread to desired length, if necessary, and toast lightly. 2. Spread mayo lightly on each side and stack strips of bacon, avocado and tomato, alternating on each side then cover with shredded lettuce and combine for whole sandwich. Yield: 1 Serving or 6 Mini Servings with toothpicks. |
