Ingredients
3 Avocados, Fully Ripe |
1 Cup Chicken Broth |
1 Cup Light Cream |
1Tsp. Salt |
¼ Tsp. Onion Salt Pinch of White Pepper |
1 Tsp. Lemon Juice |
Lemon Slices for Garnish |
Instructions
- Halve avocados lengthwise; remove seeds and peel. Blend with chicken broth in electric blender until smooth. Add cream and seasonings and blend well.
- Pour into glass container, cover, and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
- Stir in lemon juice, garnish with lemon slices, and serve chilled.
Serves 6.
NOTE: Serve in china or floral coffee cups.
