CHEESE SAUSAGE BALLS

Ingredients

12 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 Lb. Hot Owens Sausage
3-1/2 Cups Bisquick

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Spray baking sheet and set aside.
  2. Melt cheese in double boiler.  Add crumbled raw sausage and Bisquick mix.
  3. Roll mixture in small round balls and place on baking sheet. 
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.

-OR-

  1. Place on cooking sheet and freeze.  After frozen, place in plastic bag for freezer storage up to six weeks. 

Yield:  35-40 each.
