CHAMPAGNE VINAIGRETTE

Ingredients

¼ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ Cup Champagne Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
2 Tsp. Honey
¾ Tsp. Salt
¼ Tsp. Freshly Ground Pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk together all ingredients. 
  2. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes or up to 3 days.

Makes ¾ Cup    Prep: 10 Minutes     Chill: 30 Minutes
