1 Small Box Lemon Jell-O |
1 Large Can Pineapple Juice |
1 Small Bottle Almond Extract |
1 Small Frozen Lemon Juice |
2 Cups Hot Water |
2 Cups Sugar |
2 Cups Tap Water |
½ Fifth Vodka |
1 Bottle Champagne |
2 Bottles Ginger Ale |
1 Lemon |
Instructions
- Mix and stir the first 7 ingredients, ensuring jell-O and sugar are thoroughly dissolved. Place in freezer containers and freeze overnight.
- Remove container from freezer and slightly defrost until slushy.
- Combine slush, vodka, champagne and ginger ale in large punch bowl.
- Garnish with thin lemon slices, seeds removed
