BLUE CHEESE BISCUITS

BLUE CHEESE BISCUITS

Ingredients

2 Cups Self-Rising Flour
1 (8 oz.) Sour Cream
½ Cup Butter, Melted
1 (4 oz.) Crumbled Blue Cheese

Instructions

  1. Stir together all ingredients just until blended.
  2. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface.  Pat dough to a ¾ inch thickness; cut with a 2-inch round cutter.  Place dough rounds on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned. 

Servings:  12 each
