BEEF TENDERLOIN WITH HORSERADISH CREAM

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) Beef Tenderloin Steaks (1-1/2 inch thick)
½ Tsp. Salt
½ Tsp. Seasoned Pepper
1 Jar Horseradish Sauce, Prepared
1 Recipe Blue Cheese Biscuits, Posted on Website
1 Recipe Horseradish Cream, Posted on Website

Instructions

  1. Cover steaks with horseradish sauce and cover evenly with coarse salt and seasoned pepper.
  2. Cover steaks and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Remove from refrigerator and bring to room temperature.
  4. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium- high heat (350-400 degrees) 10 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. 
  5. Remove steaks from grill; cover with aluminum foil and let stand 10 minutes.  Cut steaks into thin slices. 
  6. Cut Blue Cheese Biscuits in half.  Divide and place beef slices evenly on the cut sides of biscuits; top with Horseradish Cream.  Top with remaining biscuit halves.
