Ingredients
2 – 3 Lg. Beefsteak Tomatoes |
1 Cup Shaved Parmesan Cheese |
1 Tbsp. Dried Basil |
1 Tbsp. Dried Oregano |
2 Tbsp. Italian Parsley, Fresh, Chopped |
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Toss together dried herbs.
- Slice tomatoes ¼” slices.
- Cover each tomato slice with parmesan and sprinkle with basil oregano herbs.
- Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Top with fresh parsley and serve.
