Ingredients
2 Bacon Slices |
2 Tbsp. Guacamole |
2 Slices Sour Dough Bread |
1 Tbsp. Tortilla Chips |
1 Tbsp. Butter |
½ Cup Jack and Cheddar Cheese |
Instructions
- Remove guacamole, butter and cheese from refrigerator and bring to room temperature.
- Cook bacon until crispy.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread and place on grill pan. Sprinkle half cheese onto the unbuttered side of the bread. Add guacamole, bacon, tortilla chips and remaining cheese. Add other piece of bread, butter side up.
- Grill over medium heat until golden brown and cheese melted 2-3 minutes per side.
