Ingredients
1 Pineapple, Crushed, 8 Ounce |
1 Apricot Jell-O Mix, 3 Ounce |
1 Cup Buttermilk |
1 Cool Whip, 8-10 ounce |
Lettuce Leaves for Serving Platter |
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, heat undrained pineapple.
- Stir in Jell-O and dissolve thoroughly.
- Set aside and cool.
- Add buttermilk and chill in plastic bowl until thickens.
- Fold in cool whip and place in Jell-O mold. Chill.
Server on platter atop lettuce leaves.
