OLIVE CHEESE BREAD

Ingredients

25 Green Olives, Rough Chop
2 Stalks Green Onions, Sliced, Chop Thin
1-6 oz. Can Black Olives, Chopped
½ Cup Mayonnaise
1 Stick Butter, Softened
3 Cups Monterrey Jack Cheese, Shredded
1 Loaf French Bread

Instructions

  1. Combine together all ingredients and spread thickly onto French Bread.  
  2. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes. 

NOTE:  Spread can be made in advance and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.  Remove from refrigerator and set on counter for 1 hour prior to making bread.  Slice and serve warm by itself or with a pesto sauce.
