DEVILED EGGS

Ingredients

1 Dozen Eggs, Extra Large
1 Tbsp. Green Onions, Finely Minced
½ Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Mustard
1 Tbsp. Vinegar
6 Strips Bacon, Finely Chopped
Salt and Pepper, To-taste
Paprika,  Sprinkled for Garnish
Olives, Sliced for Garnish
Jalapeno, Sliced for Garnish
Squirt Cheese for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil eggs in hot water at full boil for 1 minute, cover pot, turn off heat and wait for 11 minutes. 
  • Place eggs in a cold water bath until cooled, then peel and slice lengthwise.  Remove egg yolks from shell and fluff with fork. 
  • Mix egg yolks with the next 6 ingredients.  Stuff egg shell with mixture and sprinkle with paprika. 
  • Top with sliced jalapenos, sliced olives and/or squirt cheese. 

Yield:  24 each
