Ingredients
6 Avocados, Mashed |
4 Bacon Slices, Cooked and Crumbled |
2 Roma Tomatoes, Chopped |
2 Green Onion, Finely Chopped |
1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar |
½ Tsp. Ground Chipotle |
1 Garlic Clove, Minced |
16 Fresh Baby Spinach Leaves |
4 Croissants or 8 Slices White or Wheat Bread |
Instructions
- Fry bacon slices until crispy. Finely chop or crumble bacon.
- Mash the avocados in a medium size bowl.
- Finely chop the tomatoes and green onions.
- Combine the first seven ingredients, stir until fully incorporated.
- Prepare sandwiches on white, wheat or croissants with fresh spinach leaves.
