GARDEN SPIRAL SALAD

Ingredients

12 oz. Garden Spiral Noodles
½ Cup Hard Salami, Sliced, Cut Into Strips
½ Cup Pepperoni, Cut Into Small Pieces
1 Cup Cucumber, Peeled and Coarsely Chopped
1/3 Cup Green Pepper, Coarsely Chopped
1/3 Cup Red Onion Rings, Thinly Sliced
2 Ripe Tomatoes, Peeled and Chopped
1 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley, Chopped
½ Cup Provolone Cheese, Cubed
1/3 Cup Black Olives, Sliced
½ – ¾ Cup Italian Herb Salad Dressing
Salt and Pepper, To-taste

Instructions

  1. Cook Garden Spiral Noodles in 4 quarts boiling water (salt if desired) for 9 to 11 minutes, or until tender.  Drain and rinse with cold water to cool. 
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients, except for the Italian dressing, and chill. 
  3. When ready to serve, toss Garden Spiral mixture with the Italian dressing.  Add salt and pepper to-taste. 

Yield:  6 to 8 servings.
