CHICKEN CEASAR SALAD BITES

Ingredients

1 Pkg. Artisan Romaine Lettuce 
2 Cups Cooked Chopped Chicken  
2/3 Cup Creamy Caesar Dressing
1 ¼ Cup Seasoned Croutons
1 Cup Grape Tomatoes, Chopped
Ground Pepper, To-taste

Instructions

  1. Wash each lettuce leaf and drain on paper towel.  Wrap leaves in slightly damp paper towel and place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour to chill and crisp.
  2. Chop cooked chicken, grape tomatoes and croutons. 
  3. Place lettuce leaves on serving tray.  Spread dressing down center of leaves, top with chopped chicken, grape tomatoes, and seasoned croutons.  Slightly dust with ground pepper.
