BLT DIP

BLT DIP

Ingredients

1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Lb. Bacon [Cooked and Crumbled]
1 8-oz. Sour Cream
2 Large Tomatoes, Chopped

Instructions

  1. Fry bacon until crispy and brown.  Crumble bacon and set aside.
  2. Chop both tomatoes and set aside. 
  3. Combine mayonnaise and sour cream in a medium bowl, whisking until blended; stir in bacon and tomato. 
  4. Serve immediately with Melba toast rounds. 

Yield:  4 Cups

For a spicier version, use salsa in place of tomatoes.  Can also be used as a chunky salad dressing.
